Contact
The beta contact address is [email protected]. It is a placeholder while support ownership and response times are finalised.
What to include
Briefly describe whether your question is about beta access, an account, learning content, privacy, or safety.
- Do not send a password, one-time code, password reset link, or payment information.
- Share only the minimum personal information needed to explain the issue.
- For urgent danger, contact local emergency services instead; this inbox is not monitored live.
Beta invitations
Public child sign-up is closed. Parents can ask about the invitation process, but an enquiry does not guarantee access.
